Once you're logged in, you'll collect points called Foam Stars. You can redeem them for great discounts and exclusive surprises on your next orders, making every bilou moment even more special.

In your customer account on the website, you can view and track your earned Foam Stars at any time – so you always have an overview of your sweet rewards in the bilou Bubble Club.

Are points conditional?

The best thing about bilou Bubble Club: your Foam Stars never expire! So you can collect them for as long as you like and redeem them at any time for great discounts or exclusive surprises.

Foam Stars cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted into cash.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to remove points from an account, for example:

  • if points were credited by mistake,
  • in case of fraudulent activities,
  • if a purchase is fully cancelled or returned, with only the points for the returned part being removed,
  • or if a customer account is deleted.

This keeps everything fair and transparent for all bilou Bubble Club members.
