The following conditions of participation apply to the sweepstakes of 13.03.2022 (image on the mybilou Instagram page with image subtext "Sweepstakes" titled), which are only aligned on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/mybilou.

Organizer
The sweepstakes are organized by nuwena GmbH, P.O. Box 120641, 69067 Heidelberg, Germany ("nuwena"). These sweepstakes are not affiliated with Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram") and are in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not available as a contact for the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility
Any natural person who has an Instagram account and follows the Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/mybilou is eligible to enter. Each person may only enter once. Sweepstakes clubs, automated entries via sweepstakes robots, and willful false entries are not permitted. Employees of nuwena and their relatives are also excluded from participation in the sweepstakes. In case of a deception determined by nuwena, the respective user will be excluded from the sweepstake without further indication of reasons.

Participation
All eligible persons can participate in the sweepstakes by following the mybilou Instagram page, liking the sweepstakes picture with a heart and naming their favorite bilou chewing gum variety. A purchase of a nuwena product is not required to enter the sweepstakes.

Closing date

The closing date for entries is 17.03.2022, 24:00 hrs. The date and time of the uploaded picture on Instagram is valid.

Prize
Ten winners will be drawn among the participants who qualify for participation in accordance with the aforementioned conditions of participation at the respective closing date and contacted via Instagram direct message. The prize includes a filled box of bilou gum and an Instax Mini camera.  

Winners will have until 3/20/2022 to contact nuwena via Instagram direct message through the mybilou Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/mybilou or email kontakt@bilou.de with the actual name, age and an address to send the prize to.

Should the winner be under 16 years of age, the declaration of consent of the legal guardian is required before sending the prize as well as the data collection.
If the prize cannot be sent to the winner within the aforementioned period for reasons within the winner's control, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.

Data protection
Personal data (e.g. name and address) of the winner ("data") will only be stored and used by us for the purpose of conducting the competition. The data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the sweepstake and is legally permissible. We will not use the data beyond the aforementioned scope unless we have been given express consent to do so. Information about the data stored by us can be requested at any time or the use of the data in whole or in part with effect for the future can be objected to by sending a message to: kontakt@bilou.de.

Disclaimer
nuwena does not guarantee constant accessibility of its Instagram page. No claims against nuwena result from interrupted or limited accessibility. An internet connection is required to participate in the competition. Any resulting usage fees shall be borne by the participant.

Other
The legal process is excluded. A cash payment of the winnings as well as a transfer of the winning claims are excluded. We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if the execution is not (or no longer) possible for legal, factual or other reasons. We reserve the right to exclude individual participants from the competition, in particular if there is reasonable suspicion that the respective participant violates the conditions of participation or manipulates the competition in any way. German law shall apply exclusively to all claims in connection with participation, the implementation of the competition and the distribution of prizes, but only to the extent that the participant is not deprived of the protection afforded to him by mandatory provisions of the state in which he has his habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
