Terms and conditions for participation in the 10th anniversary bilou competition
A. Organizer
The organizer of the “bilou competition” (hereinafter referred to as “promotion”) is nuwena GmbH, In der Aue 4, 69118 Heidelberg, Germany (“organizer”).
B. Action period
The promotion runs from November 12 , 2025 to April 30 , 2026 , 11:59 PM (CET). By participating , participants agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
C. Participation
To participate, individuals aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland must purchase one of the three bilou 10-Years Limited Edition shower foams (Happy Birthday, Spread Love, or Sweet Surprise) during the promotional period. Each can contains a unique 10 - digit winning code /ticket in the format BDAYXXXXXX, LUCKXXXXXX, or LOVEXXXXXX, entitling the holder to participate in the prize draw.
Participation is exclusively online via www.bilou.de/pages/10-years By entering the complete code in the specified format. Each can also contains a QR code, which leads to the competition page (participation via code on the bottom of the can). The code must exactly match the required format. Participants will be informed of this format during the entry process.
Note: Codes are not automatically validated upon entry. Invalid, incomplete, or incorrectly entered codes will not be entered into the prize draw. Each valid code can only be used once. Multiple uses will result in disqualification from the promotion.
D. Eligibility and Exclusion
Only natural persons who provide truthful information are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded. Participation in someone else's name or the transfer of prize claims is not permitted.
In case of suspected abuse, false information or manipulation, the organizer may exclude participants and demand proof of identity.
E. Prize and draw
Prizes: A total of 19 prizes will be raffled off as part of the promotion :
• 3 x €3000 furniture store vouchers for IKEA, XXLutz , Höffner, Mömax or Segmüller (the voucher cannot be split)
• 3x iPhone 17 in the colors white , sage & lavender , each with 256 GB storage capacity , each worth approximately €949
• 3x JBL Over- Ear White headphones , model JBL Tune 720BT, each worth approximately €79.99
• 10x bilou surprise boxes each worth approximately €50
Note on redeeming the furniture store voucher:
After being notified of their win, the winner chooses which furniture store (e.g., IKEA, XXXLutz, Höffner, Mömax, or Segmüller) the voucher should be issued for. The organizer then obtains the original voucher in the winner's name.
The general terms and conditions (GTC) of the respective selected furniture store apply.
The mentioned brands are not affiliated with this competition. The selection of furniture stores serves solely to describe possible redemption locations.
Prize Draw: The prize draw will take place at three times: in mid-December 2025, as well as at the beginning of February and the beginning of May 2026. Six prizes will be drawn from all valid entries from the previous month (December and February, respectively), and seven prizes will be drawn in May. Each shower foam variety is linked to one of the three main prizes. This means that for each variety, there is a chance to win one of the following prizes: a €3,000 furniture store voucher, an iPhone, or JBL over-ear headphones. Winners will be contacted within seven business days of the draw.
Participants are responsible for providing their correct email address.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of receiving the prize notification, the prize claim expires and a new winner will be drawn. It is important that the participant keeps the shower foam can until the end of the competition, as it must be sent in if they win.
F. Liability
The organizer is liable only for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and to foreseeable damages.
Liability for technical malfunctions, transmission errors, or data loss during participation is excluded. No further claims can be made after the prize has been awarded.
G. Data Protection
As part of the competition entry process, personal data of the participants (e.g. B. Name, email address, address if applicable (in case of winning) will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the prize draw.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1 ) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The data will be deleted after the competition has been fully completed and the statutory retention periods have expired.

H. Other
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Cash payment of winnings or an exchange is not possible.
In case of suspected manipulation or violation of the terms and conditions of participation, the organizer may exclude participants from the competition and take legal action.
The terms and conditions of participation are subject to German law.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation if this becomes necessary for legal or factual reasons. Participants will be informed of any such changes in a timely manner.
